On the panel

How the clamps actually fit.

Mid clamps sit between two panels; end clamps finish the corners. Use a 90 mm cut length or a 5 mm thick clamp wherever the hold needs to be stronger.

Buying guide

How to choose the right clamp & rail.

Four measurements decide almost every order — get these right and everything else fits together.

  • Panel frame height — measure the module's frame lip in mm; it sets your clamp size (30, 35, 40 mm and friends).
  • Row layout — mid clamps join two panels, end clamps finish each row. Count rows and columns first.
  • Span & support — the distance between supports decides the rail profile and cut length (40 mm regular up to 100 mm).
  • Fixing method — rail nut, spring nut, J-bolt or U-bolt: tell us whether your substructure is rail, purlin, pipe or sheet roof.
Between panels

Mid Clamps

One clamp grips the frames of two neighbouring modules.

Row edges

End Clamps

Finishes the first and last module of every row.

40 – 100 mm

Cut length

40 mm regular; longer cuts for U-bolt and purlin mounting.

Anodised / plain

Finish

Anodising adds corrosion resistance; plain aluminium keeps budgets lean.

FAQ

Questions buyers ask.

Do you make custom cut lengths?

Yes — cut lengths from 40 mm to 100 mm are standard, and other specifications can be discussed for your project.

Anodised or non-anodised — which should I pick?

Both are available on all aluminium clamps and rails. Anodising adds corrosion resistance for coastal or humid sites; non-anodised suits budget-conscious inland projects.

Which clamp fits my panel?

Clamp size follows the module frame height — 30, 35 and 40 mm cover most modules, with 10–25 mm sizes and a heavier 5 mm-thick version also in production.

Can I order a sample first?

Yes — most installers start with a sample set for one site. Use the enquiry form and mention that it's a sample order.

Do you supply complete structures too?

Yes — ground-mount, RCC rooftop and elevated structures are manufactured alongside the clamps and rails. See the Structures page for the four systems.

Don't see the size you need?

Cut lengths and custom specs are our daily work — tell us the panel gap and rail span, and we'll quote it.
